If we are unable to access a property at its scheduled time, we will add a $100 no-access fee.

BBA adds a trip charge for services performed outside metropolitan Denver/Boulder. Trip charges vary, so call ahead for an estimate.

Standard products include warranties, USPAP standards, licensed electronic signature, and one original secure downloadable copy including color maps, photos of subject and comparable properties.

When making payment, please reference the invoice number and our tax identification number (ID# 84-1318324) and the borrower's last name. If payment was made by credit/debit card an electronic receipt with the aforementioned information will be printable upon submittal.

Details of Service

  • Standard products include one original and two copies of the photos for subject and compatible's, warranties, USPAP standards and licensed signature.


  • Our rates are based on estimated time and cost to perform the appraisal. It is not contingent upon the appraised value of the property. A fee of $50.00 may be charged for no access at the time of the scheduled appointment.


  • Due to the complex and diverse nature of outer lying counties (Clear Creek, El Paso, Gilpin, Larimer, Park and Weld) and additional trip charge may be incurred for areas lying inside the above mentioned counties.
