Brad Brooks, President -Brad is a certified real estate appraiser (CREA) with more than ten years of experience in the metropolitan Denver/Boulder market. He specializes in residential and commercial refinance and acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation for retail, office, industrial and special use properties. In addition to his CREA designation with the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Brad holds a commercial real estate broker's license and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Brad earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the Metropolitan State College of Denver.
