Mr. Brooks has been in the Denver metro real estate industry for over 10 years. He has been a certified appraiser in the state of Colorado for over 10 years. Mr. Brooks founded his own real estate appraisal company in 1993, supervising over 35 licensed appraisers. Currently he is supervising 5 to 8 outside associates at any given time.
Since 1995, Mr. Brooks has focused on appraising residential and commercial refinance and acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation in retail, office and industrial markets.
Mr. Brooks was a marketing major at Metropolitan State of Denver School of Business Administration. He holds a B.S.B.A. degree in Marketing. Mr. Brooks is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Colorado and is actively seeking a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
